We are looking for a mentor and supporter for a 20 year old woman who needs a bit of help trying new things and building her independence. She is a funny and intelligent person who loves all things Pokémon, has a friendly little dog and struggles when meeting new people. She is a member of the rainbow community and it is vital that you are a strong ally, if not a fellow member.  

Her anxiety and autism means that she needs someone to actively help her to build her employability skills, learn to cook, and grow her confidence. She would love someone with the coaching and mentoring skills to help her find a volunteer opportunity, join some community activities and build her social confidence. If you are a compassionate and motivating person who can take the lead, but also go slow when needed, then this could be the job for you.  

We would love to see you twice a week each for 2 – 3 hours, ideally on weekdays, but we can be pretty flexible for the right person.
