Every individual we work with is unique, and so the disability supports we design need to be, too. We tailor our service to meet your needs, whether you want us to walk alongside you for the whole journey, or just pop in and help out with a particular task.
While every case is different, working with us usually follows a simple 4-step process.

Step 1
Ask us for help
Send us an email, give us a call or message us through this website. Tell us a little bit about what you are thinking about and we will make contact. There is no obligation to sign up to our services by sending us an enquiry and no fee for this initial discussion; we welcome anyone who would like to know more about what we do to get in touch.
Step 2
Getting to know each other
In order for us to design a solution that fits your unique situation, we need to first understand what you are looking for. If after our initial discussion you feel we could be a good fit, we will set up a time for a more detailed conversation. This might be on the phone, video call or — if you are in Auckland — this could be in person. There is a one-off fee for this conversation.
Step 3
Identifying your priorities
During our conversation, we will help you to clarify your priorities and understand your needs. This could be anything from goals you would like to achieve, finding the right support person or identifying barriers that are getting in your way.
Step 4
Creating a plan to realise your goals
This can be anything from a one off conversation, to walking alongside you while you bring those goals to life. bringing our decades of knowledge, we can help with advice and encouragement or we can be alongside you as you make significant life changes.
We will create an individualised package that works with your budget and needs, to help you get the best outcomes in a way that suits you best.
Finding the right support people
We will develop a recruitment strategy and job ad that is tailored for your unique role and the right people to support you. Once you are happy with the strategy, we will advertise the role to the specific community you want to connect with, screening applicants to find that great match for you. This can include reference checks, interviews and police checks if you would like.
If you don’t have access to pay for our services, let us know. We might be able to help you access some other funding to cover these costs.
